Default Arias or JE Pistons for B20/Vtec?

I went to import builders on wednesday and they had a set of Arias pistons in stock with the specifications I want for my buildup. If I want the same specs on JE pistons I have to wait 5 to 6 weeks cause they would be custom. My question is which pistons should I get or are they pretty much the same? I have no problem waiting for the JE's to be made cause I don't even have a car to put my motor in. I still haven't been able to find a EG to suit my needs. What do you guys think I should do? Any experiences with Arias and JE that you can share?

I'm pretty close with Dam Paremore well my firends are. We were talking to him about doing b20/vtec which is what i'm doing and he said that any aftermarket piston is fine unless your revving to like 12k rpm's

just my .02

I went with JE's myself because I did not know much about the Arias. But now that I am into the scene and doing more research, I see that a lot of people are using Arias. I would say that it is 6 oneway and half a dozen the other. It would be cool to tell people that your pistons were "custom made" for you. Now that I have my "custom made" JE's in my hand, I can tell my friends this. However, they have started calling my "money bags."

They are both reputable brands. I wouldn’t hesitate to get either. Since they have the Arias on hand, Id take those already.

Ic thanks for the help guys. Well the price isn't an issue because Jeff said he will match my price for the custom JE's which I can get through my work. Right now I am leaning towards Arias unless someone has something else to say.
