Default Problem! Full Throttle Choking and Running extremely rich!

Long story short I had the car tuned on Hondata (B18b Turbo in EG) put down good numbers everything running tip top and great. All I did was replace my battery. I have checked all sensors and all of my wiring, no CEL's. I found out that my wideband 02 was burned out so I got another one. Car runs great just like before but them oment that I full throttle it car runs EXTREMELY RICH I mean like down in the 10's and the wideband even reads RICH! Anyone have this problem?

its running so rich that it sputters and the car stops revving it will still make boost but the car wont go anywhere.

I am in the process of replacing the FPR (Currently B & M) and checking if the ecu went bad (P74) anyone have any suggestions? Maybe something surged?

sounds like somethine restet in the ecu when you disconnected power. I say chesk the mechanical things like Fuel pressure. other than that i would say have the tuner loow at the programming
