Default XS RFL BOV making a funny noise

When the bov opens, it whistles at the end. Is that normal? It makes the woosh noise, but it whistles mainly when just daily driving and still in vacuum. I was thinking maybe because I am in vacuum still when it opens. But even when i am boosting, it still whistles a little at the end. Is this normal?

If it never used to make this sound, you should take it apart, clean it with brake clean, then lube it with some light grease.
