Default Integra suspension to Civic swap

Before you flame, I've already searched. Nothing useful popped up and apparently everybody else was trying to get an answer and nobody gave one.

Here's my problem. I ordered a set of rotors for an integra suspension because I thought I was going to swap the fronts on my Civic to a Integra suspension. Well low and behold when I went to get the fronts, they were rusted to hell and a wheel bearing was shot. So now I have a set of bushings for a Integra suspension, along with a set of rotors (front and back). i don't have any problem with the back because I got the rear swap off the integra.

The problem is, can I use the Integra rotors on my Civic suspension? If not, what parts do I need to swap in place of swapping the whole suspension? Can I just swap some of the parts in and use the rotors???

Thanks.
