At least they found yours. Mine has vanished without a trace. Insurance has already paid me and my new kaa will be coming soon!

I feel your pain guys. Who ever has settled with insurance...are the insurance companies cooperative or are they complete a$$holes and have to be beaten with attorney's?

They had to be beaten...but by me, somewhere close to 12 counter offers before we decided on $23,XXX...January 3, 2001, 2000 itr totaled 10 months after purchase, 19,785 miles...claim settled and new itr in my hands January 28, 2001.
