Default white smoke

i get white smoke coming out of my 94 b16 a2 when idling or driving hard but im not losing coolant any ideas whats causing this

i dont think its oil as its usually blue smoke and ive had my mates chase me and theres no smell of burning oil is there anything else as the only thing i have not done is the piston rings as there was no movement in them when i had the head off

The only reason I could think of is a coolant into the engine, but you say you not losing any coolant. I'm stumped on this one too. And for sure it's not oil burning, cuz then it would be blue smoke.

I have the same issue, and most people have said that they think its my head gasket that has taken a dump
