1/8 99 Si
I recently went to an 1/8 mile track by my school. I drive a 99Si its stock for the most part besides an axle back Skunk2. My best time for the night was a 10.20 an my best 60ft was a 2.44. I was wondering are those respectable times for my car seeing as how it is stock. My other runs fell pretty much close to that wit 10.3 an 10.4's an the same 60ft. Thanks for the input.
I ran a GSR and smoked him but he was probably a bad driver. I ran a Type-R Teg there an I got smoked he ran a 9.4 an his was was basically stock.
not sure what my 1/8th was but i ran a 15.00 in the 1/4 w. an intake. Focus on your 60'...you can get that down a bit. what rpm are you launching at? are u spinning/ bogging?
I tried a bunch of different RPM's I used like 4500-5000 usually an slipped i spun a couple times an got horrible wheel hop but some times I would bog casue I would pretty much dump the cltuch on accident. The track really isnt prepared that great so I bet on a better surface Id have some better times.

its worth the 1 1/4 hour trip up to GLD. the track is halfway decent, and its not just 1/8 mile.

i ran i 10.6 on the 1/8, with an even slower 60 feet 2.57
(moist unprepped track and first time ever on track, bit nervous i guess
)
but the strange thing is, i drove this time with an 1.5 eg coupe (a whopping 104 bhp
)with a leaking hg on allseasons and no mods what so ever. full tank of fuel. would say that an extra 55 bhp matters more then this? this was not due to ecxelent driving as you can see by my 60 feet
