A friend of mine has the apexi World sport on his 99 SI, that is by far the quietest exhaust I have ever heard.

I have a Apexi WS series. It is quiet, but the fitment sucked, I was disappointed.

I have had the same question a few months ago. I figured since my motor is bone stock internally (k&n drop in filter, DC header) I went with stock oem and replaced my catalytic converter with a resonated test pipe. It sounds good w/o raspyness.

Custom is the quietest, you could add 2 resonators, or one large one. The possiblities are endless.

And if you want the name brand look, just buy the axle back version.
