Turboedit chipped 90-91 pm6 or pr4 ecu..
For wire harness just keep the stock dx and convert it to mpfi..http://crf50.no-ip.com/fourthgenhatch/mpfi.html Or send it to http://rywire.com and have them do it for you..

Not really..It has to be specifically tuned for your engine/turbo setup..

exactly, run a PM6 and tune it with turboedit

Up for new info. I will be running the same motor and T25 turbo. Is there a place that I can get a breakdown of what I will need to connect my laptop to an ecu? I figure it will be USB or serial on the laptop side, but I don't see how the laptop would connect to the ECU to tune? I assume tuning looks something like this:
1. Connect laptop and drive the car and make necessary adjustments
2. Once done, burn the map to a chip
3. Place chip in ECU and disconnect laptop.(I assume the laptop doesn't have to stay in the car)
