I have a few questions about the clear corners that come standard on the UK spec ITR. Does anyone have these?

1)They look like they have a tinted backing with clear plastic covers, is this true?

2)Do the same bulbs light up on them as they do on our cars (ie. w/ headlights AND turn signals)?

3)Do they light up orange?

4)How much and who carries them?

There cleared outside but with slight back tinting to them so they won't look the same as aftermarket non honda parts.

Yes, because all your doing is replacing the cover not the actual harness for the bulbs.

You will need amber bulb any stock size bulb at the auto parts store will work. Once a guy did try this with rear tail lenses and they just made white light even though the portion had slight tint to the lenses and the same is for the fronts as well.

I carry them. I import them directly from Honda of UK.
They run 135 shipped inside of the USA except for Alaska and Hawaii as with Canada they cost abit more to ship there.

Cheap ones leak. Get the OEM ones so you'll have serious bragging rights.

 

My euro clear corners have been on since the first week I got the R, and they look great, never leaked, and cost only $22. I change the stock bulbs to orange so that at night they look stock, just to try to keep the police off my tail because they're not DOT aproved.

The clear corners he is talking about are not the UK ones. Euro clear is a term used my companies to describe what style it is. I also have the euro clear and they don't leak at all.

 

I have tinted smoked ones on mine for now...and yeah, with stock bulbs.


With clear corners, my PY looks ricey. With OEM ambers, it looks naive. With these smoked ones, it looks just right

Remember, it's all up to your personal preferences.

Correct they're not the UK ones, but they look the same if not better IMO.

ok i have been wanting to ask this for the longest time in the itr forum. Where on earth can I get this front bumper and lip? Is it just me, or are those 2 holes in the front bumper just sexy?

Are you talking about the Euro fog lights? If so I can see if there still in stock by Honda of UK as there phasing out alot of items like this probably by the end of this yr. Just keeping normal OEM items in stock I was told.

Smokes lenses are the new fades going in Europe and Japan I know of right now.
