Default What it takes?

i currently drive a 2000 gsr stock and was wondering what mods would get me into the 13s easily? i was thinking JRSC and I/H/E. Opinions?

jrsc i/h/e will get you there. turbo could take you much further however. if you do get the jrsc make sure you get the 9lb pulley. w00t
