my b16 will not start it just cranks my dad says the fuel pump is not kicking but he also says all the wires are hooked up... not to sure what this could be, the pump was working just fine before the swap.

1. Check to see that the Main relay "clicks" when you prime the key (turn it to the on position).

2. If it does, pull off the fuel line that feeds the fuel rail and see if it squirts out any gas when you prime it.

3. If it does, look to see how much is coming out. If it seems ok, but you're not sure, go about and buy a cheap B&M fuel pressure guage. It goes on top of your fuel filter and will tell you what your pressure is.

does the fuel pump prime when the key is on the "on" position

 

there is no noise when it is on the "on" postion, usualy u can hear them prime up right??

what could be the problem??
