Default instaling head studs

ok im installing ARP head studs on my b20 now my ? is do I have to trq them down on to the block? or just screw them in hand tight?

hand tight, as it says in the instructions given by ARP...

i would just get an allen key that fits into the top of the stud, and just snug them down with that. you dont need too much force, just gottta make sure they are fullly threaded down.
