Default SRS Light

I resently installed a MOMO steering wheel into my 96 civic. And I can't get the SRS light to turn off. I disconnected the air bag didn't cut anything but it won't go away.

How can I get rid of the SRS light?

So the only way to get the SRS light to go out If you have disabled the airbags is to remove the bulb? Can you just unplug one or more of the SRS wires to get it to turn off? Is there any other way to get it to turn off? I tried resetting but it wont work because the airbags are disconnected.

Don't take out the bulb. Do this.

Good to hear. I was having this problem when I installed my Tekniq wheel. I got my EDM cluster, and that doesn't have a connector in the cluster for the SRS plug, or even a SRS indicator life itself on the cluster. Worked out great for me.
