Default Greddy Evo 2 vs DC Sports?

Alright here's the thing. DC Sports has a really nice exhaust system BUT the cat-back only works with the racing headers(which voids the warranty) and i don't want to void the warranty. They alos have an axle-back but thats not as good. And then there's Greddy that has a cat-back that works with the stock headers. Should i get the Greddy exhaust or the DC Sports axle-back? It would be nice if u could by the axle-back now and then buy the intermediate pipe that bolts up to the race header later on but i don't think that's an option. Or there's always the custom exhaust route which would be cheap and temporary until the warranty is up and i get the DC Sports headers and cat-back. What do u guys think?

get greddy, i think greaddy's are good exhaust, because if uw anna keep warranty then greaddy the good one, dc might be louder because of the headers... hope this helps

That made no sense at all.

Usually a header has nothing to do with the cat-back exhaust. This is because it hooks up prior to the cat. converter. I don't have much experience with the '06's but usually a race header is used without the rest of the exhaust system.

Recommend getting the standard DC or Greddy header, either ceramic or stainless, with your preference of cat-back exhaust...no duals please.

That does not make sense.

the CAT BACK starts at the cat(duh), so therefore has nothing to do with the headers. Unless the DC sports headers move the cat out of its stock location, making the DC sports one only fit. Other than that its just smoke and mirrors for more sales.

If u knew nething bout it u would know that DC Sports only makes 1 cat-back system and it HAS to be used with their race header which eliminates the cat and bolts up differently. I know it shouldn't be called a cat-back cause there's not a cat but thats what they call it. I don't want to void my warranty which means i can't get the DC Sports exhaust cause it will ONLY bolt up to their RACE HEADER!! And the header will void the warranty. They also have a axle-back but i don't want that.

Neways, I forgot that greddy had a second exhaust system but now i remember y i forgot about it, it's pretty ugly but thanx neways HondaSivik. I prolly will go with the EVO2.

Calling it a catback would be stupid then.

And what the expletive is wrong with you? chill out.

I know plenty about the Si. Dont want answers if you cant handle the diversity of them.

Directly from Greddy's site.

"DT-Muffler
Designed as an economical and versatile alternative to our famous Cat-back exhaust line, the new Dynamic Tune Muffler (DT-Muffler) series brings new options to performance Axle-back exhaust systems. This full stainless steel one piece system bolts onto OEM or factory position piping and then divides into dual inlets on our straight-through muffler. Exiting the oval muffler are our unique two angled round tips, measuring 80 and 42mm. The smaller tip can be capped to allow for sound and flow adjustments. This can change the tone and drivablity throughout the operating range."

FYI:
Tuning Factory Inc. on FGcoupe installed his DC Race Header and used the stock exhaust system. I am almost sure he made no modifications to allow it, and it fit perfectly!

Um... just get DC Headers. I think the FG2 would still sound good and louder with the headers. Unless you have a different expectation for your FG2, don't mind me.
