Default obd-0 to obd1 HELP. I DID search!!

Okay I did search but all I got was a "don't worry about it"

Any who , I have a 91 Std Hatch, I did the MPFI swap not to long ago. However, I'm dropping a z6 in it and i want to know what to do with the ground wires leading up to the resistor box.
I'm using a home made obd0-obd1 jumper, z6 dizzy, z6 jectors and a p28. I heard I need to cut the grounds and rewire them elsewhere. i searched in here and the info said that if I was going to obd1 from obd0, i didn't have to worry about the box and to just leave it alone.
Does anyone know where to direct the wires?

Any HELP will be appreciate it.

id just use obd0 injectors
but thats me

i guess you can do the reverse of adding a resistor box to a obd1 car......

cut the wires and solder them all togather(5)

4 injectors and 1 power(or ground what ever it is

I cannot use the obd0 injectors cuz I want my vtec to work and I need the p28 to do so. The p28 is obd1 that's why i'm doing this.

As far as soldering the 5 wires.. would that work? its 4 grounds and 1 signal wire. It doesn't seem right to me

I did the same swap before but I went from DPFI to obd1 MPFI So I never messed with that darn resistor box. Anyways, here's my e-mail and thanx for the help.

1, those resistor box wires are all pos, not ground...
2, you can use obd0 injectors on with a obd1 ecu. Your vtec will still "work"

If you want to use the obd1 inj, sloder all the 5 wires together at the inj box

yeah my car is converted to OBD1 through a rywire conversion harness and im running a p28 with the stock resistor box. just use the resitor box and the OBD0 injectors its less work then soldering everything together

Okay guys, this is my last post for today. I only get 5 as a nOOb(sucks).

uglyrex: thanx i'll start on it right now.

droppedcrxsi: I thought you couldn't use obd0 injectors with an obd1 ecu. I just bought an obd1 set(only paid 10 bocks though).

BTW when I did the MPFI wiring it called for all the grounds to go to the injector resistor box so I did that.

Thanx see ya'll tomorrow.

you can leave the box alone and everything will work or you just but all the wires together and remove it. i do belive someone has already said this
good luck just do it
