Whirring noise on the shiftknob when shifting/engaged in gear.. help!

Default Whirring noise on the shiftknob when shifting/engaged in gear.. help!

Im getting my transmission bearings replaced tommorow morning, im getting these whiring noises and a real bad rusty feel on the shift ****...


Will the bearings eliminate and get rid of this, or is this something else

weird. i had the same thing happen when i had my spoon titanium **** on, but it became clear it was because it was too damn light
