Default Did a compression test: How are my numbers? Also do my spark plugs look okay?

Did a compression test today. My car has been consuming a lot of oil lately so I'm trying to figure out if my rings are on their way out.

My Setup:
B18C1 block (JE pistons, Eagle Rods)
B16 head (rocket valvetrain, crower 402 cams (stage 2))
11.3:1 compression ratio
aebs manifold, itr tb, aem short ram
jdm 4-1 header

I did the test with the engine warm at WOT, here are my numbers (from left to right):
210 210 210 205

Do these seem okay?

Here are pics of my spark plugs when I had them out to test compression:

I kind of have this feeling that my car is on the lean side. As of right now it's untuned but assuming those numbers are okay I will probably order a wideband and a chip burner and get to work tuning that ****.
