more power with the b20.

b20b4 swap't into dc.
plans of makin more horsepower are being thought of......
i kno the b20 is pushin' torque ((aroun 133, give or take)), but more horsepower is needed, for my liking.
with a budget of only 3 g's and not wantin to do a b16 head swap, ((or any other head swap @ that)) and not havin enough to turbo, wat are other som ways i can get the motor to gain more horsepower and performance...
i was thnkin cams and possibly i,h,e ... "ne'thing else, to fit the budget?"... ne'one else do upgrades to a swap't b20? (prior experience for the build could be helpful.

The power is in the head.
If you don't want a VTEC head, get your stock head ported. Then get I/H/E and cams and get it tuned.
Just to let you know that you are being pretty stubborn by not wanting to do a head swap. You are going to be spending a lot of money only to get wasted by people with way less money into their engines because they have a better set up than you.
Also, your very first mod should be a b16/gsr/itr tranny.

ok, thanx.
i'll consider a vtec head then, seeing how it would be better money spent.
if i get a vtec head though, can i be satisfied with just the head on the b20 block with a good ecu and better traction?
cas i was thinkin if i was to do a head swap i would go that route.... is that a better area to head into?
