Default Rear end springs too soft?

95 DC2 on Tokico blues and springs.

Since intalled, the ride height seems high, or basically stock height. The back end isn't as stiff as it should be, or it definitly doesn't feel stiff enough.

Could the springs be soft? Compressed wrong maybe?

The tire kind of rubs in the back too, while turning/braking.

Any suggestions?

What "springs" are you using?
