S40 dx tranny rebuild question

I am considering doing a complete rebuild (bearing, synchros, seals, etc.) on an S40 Dx tranny from a 97 civic. Anybody know if kits are availabe with everything needed? I'm looking for a price cheaper than buying everything individually from the dealer. Thanks

i would try to get a ex tranny if you can afford it.i dont know about the rebuild kit.

Why is that, what are the benefits? Sorry, but I'm new to Hondas and I'm too lazy to search.

This is not going to get you far. Search first ask questions when that does not provide the needed results, otherwise people tend to not be very helpful.
