Default Major Bogging-Vibration

When in 4th and accelerating up a hill around 50mph, the car just shakes and has barely any acceleration. I also feel alot of vibration until I disengage the clutch. It feels like 1 cylinder seems to die at that point.

Any thoughts? There no engine codes so it's gotta be something mechanical. I plan on changing the plugs tonight. Cap, rotor, wires, dizzy were all changed out in the winter. 92'civic dx hatch d15b7 with 250k miles on it. Compression tested 120psi (quite low) few months ago.

Thx man. I'm going to check for loose wires. I replaced them in the winter.
