Default ECU code 9 help!

Okay, I have a 91 Hatch Std with a d16z6 obd1 running a p28. Everything is fine there.

I had a 90 Std Hatch with the stock d15b2 in the garage and I decieded to do a DPFI to MPFI swap and obd1.

I copied(wire per wire) the obd1 jumper harness I have in my 91 but when I use the one I did I get a code 9(CYP sensor) I used both the p28 and a pt3 I have. With the Jumper I bought I get no codes but the one I did gives me code 9.

How is this possible? Does anyone know what it could be? or How to fix this?
BTW I checked all the wires in my harness to make sure they all go through and they do.

you need a si distributor for the mpfi swap. you have to add wires from your ecu to your distributor because the si distributor has an extra sensor, which is the check engine light you are seeing.

I know I did use one but it was bad so thats why I went obd 1. The thing is that I tried the harness in my obd1 z6 and thats where I get the code but not if I use the harness bought.
