What ECU is best for this motor? I tried searching, but didn't come up with anything

What car is it in? The best ECU is the one that comes with it. If it's in an EM1, the best ECU would be P2T.

Its a 99-00 civic B16A2, it was swapped into a civic hatch CX

Run a chipped p28 or p30 so you can be obd1 and have the ability to tune.
