Hi i have a 1.5 no vtec civic.I cannot get the check engine light to flash self diagnosis....?I dont know if i am plugging into the right connector the haynes picture is black and white.Can some one tell me the color of the wires and or better yet Upload a picture with the connector in the pictur so i know...Thank you

 

It's a two wire connector near the ECU.

 

yah but is theres one there that i see and it has a blue connector and i jump to 2 and the srs light flashes

is your check engine light even on? It doesn't sound like it

 

yah i have a check engine light the only 2 wire connector i have is blue and when i jump it the srs light flashes not the check engine light...
