hey I cant figure this one out for nothing. with the throttle open to 2 and 3000 rpms the idle starts to loop or bounce from 2000 to 2500 back and forth. Ive checked all vacuums at all the hoses by clamping them off at the manifold. pluged the iac with the throttle open and still does it. the tps is ok with the voltage staying the same with scan tool. I just have no clue. any sugestions? Please help! its an obd2 system. also power cuts in and out while driveing at a slow increase in throttle or at a steddy one. with pedal to the floor it runs just fine. thanks. no check engine lights are on.
