so i was thinking about doing either the type r or s swap into my ep3. then my friend told me to go with the turbo kit. i've looked into it and i think i'm going to end up going with it. it's cheaper, gives me the power i want, and has that awesome sound, a blowoff valve. but my question is this: do any of you have the Rev Hard turbo kit on your ep3? and if so, what do you think about it?

it's not the smart idea to throw on a turbo just to listen to the sound. you can go download soundclips and listen to them. OR you can go download a horn that plays the sound off of ebay.

revhard has supposedly been really reliable for a turbo with no kinda of real tuning/fuel control.

 

lol no i'm not doing it just for the sound. that's kind of a perk i guess. with the rev hard kit i'll be able to do a stand alone with it won't i? eventually that's what i'll want to upgrade to.

 

revhard is more reliable. also heard good things about the greddy kit. especially for the money. you can find much more useful information on ephatch.com though. just do some searching.

btw for bov imo.
