i need to get rid of this car. it is my neighbors...he lives in california most of the time (this car spent 75% of its life there....)
it has 167k on it, JUST had oil/coolant/oilfilter/airfilter/primaryand secondary fuel filter changed yesterday (by myself), and i just cleaned the carb too..
runs excellent. had sat under-roof for the past 1.5 years(he bought an accord, and didnt use this.). he wants it gone, so i freshened it up, and checked it all over, and its good to go. probably one of the best daily drivers i could think of (tons of room, cheap, reliable, simple)
-has all the parts to fix the ac in the trunk (compressor died i guess)
-i took it for a drive down the interstate, and it couldnt drive nicer. honestly. suspension is 100% tight, tires were replaced about 6k ago, no dryrot on them. timing belt/waterpump were replaced about 35k ago.
-i was going to keep it, but a wedding ring got bought, and i really dont need a daily, so its for sale.
-it has NO rust in the wheel wells, no big surface rust, etc. just a few spots where rock chips took away the paint. i rubbing compounded the bad ones, and they wont grow. EXCELLENT condition. literally amazing. the interior is the same way. wonderful shape. stereo sounds great too (all older pioneer stuff, but in good shape)
here is a link to the pics...if jason is feeling nice (i64x) he'll post them up, as i'm stupid with computers, and they are on his site.
1450 picked up, 1500 delivered within 75 miles of my house ( my zip is 60473, south holland illinois)
pm me if interested! i might lose track of the thread
