my friend has them on his ek.. they feel pretty damn good.. they also ride really nice when on the softest setting when i got to drive his car.. when i took it for a test drive out in the canyons, they felt pretty damn good also once you get the settings dailed in. i don't remember the spring rates though, that came with the dampers..
