Accord De-cat
Hi guys,
I have an Accord Type R (in the uK with the H22A7 engine) and I am interested in making a de cat pipe, i understand it is just a straight pipe.
Has anyone got the dimensions of the flanges and size of pipe?

I'm not very sure, but my best guess is that it will be around the size of a Prelude. May I recommend a Random Tech. high-flow cat? That way you get a better flow, plus its still emissions legal (at least in the States), so that way the Earth doesn't come around and bitch-slap all the people with testpipes and whatnot... No offense to them, but I personally enjoy breathing clean air, testpipe and catless cars just aren't my thing.
I'm not trying to talk you out of doing because I don't care either way but your car will be obnoxiously loud without the cat. Just thought I'd let you know. Yelling to talk to your passenger gets old quick.
