An-R Compact Version Header
How come some i see chrome, raw, ceramic.. and ive seen a few pics where they are rusted to ****!.. i was thinkin about ordering one but i dont want it to look like *** after a while, can u order what kind of coating it comes in or ? should i not worry bout it getting all rusty if i keep it clean an what not ?
because those people bought the base header they have a jet coating the put on the header for like an extra 200 bucks ( maybe not that much not sure though) so that's hwy you see the same header three ways

I dont have any experience with AN-R but if your concerned with rust, dont wrap the thing. It'll hold water and your header will rust in no time. That and the header may crack.
"Street" collector and "Merge" collector are constructed differently. It doesnt refer to a different sizing.

True that, but my opinion is if you pay $600+ for their product, you shouldn't have to deal with shoddy crap like that

high temp paint never seems to hold up jet coating is the best stuff on the market and keeps engine bay temps down .. i dont believe an-r is taking anymore orders since randy RMF has left them u might want to contact him on here he designed the an-r headers and has made some new designs that are incredible a merge collector will make a lot more power than a standard stamped style search and you will find
yes custom headers are expensive but speed and power cost money how fast do you want to go

As far as street VS merge here is the scoop http://www.carcraft.com/techarticles/0304_merg/
I wanted to know the same thing. Hope this helps.
