Default new alum. muffler .Yes,No?

I have been goofing around with different styles of mufflers. And I want to know if you guys think it will sell. So let me know if I should change anything.
Oh its 3/16 perforated tube 16 ga.With carbonfiber packing. The body is .045 6061 t6,And the entrance is 16ga stainless.2 1/2"...6" dia.X24" long.I didn't have a scale that would go down that low to weigh it. But it is 1/3 the weight of Ti.
This one is for a 92-95 civ.or hatch..

Looks good but the outlet makes it look like a dirt bike muffler.

Going to make any in 4 inch?

That is an awesome project! Got any other pics of mufflers you have made?

I would love to see a 6X9X24 oval style with that same tapered end cap and turndown tip.

weigh yourself, then pick up the muffler and weigh yourself again. usually at the normal weight of a human household scales are pretty accurate.

Going to be doing an aluminum exhaust on a couple of cars. I was just going to copy a Flowmaster with the baffles. Seems super easy to me. Yours looks good.

The 6" X 24" with a 2 1/2 in and out weighs 4lbs with the bracket and the rubber hangers. Yes there will be 4" and 3" and 2 1/2

Show us the internals as you make them inside the can before you weld and the preforated tube.
