Problem with jdm headlight lighting
has anyone noticed anything when they install there jdm headlights?
For me i can barely see anything when i drive at night which is why i hate driving and night.
The low beems aim directly at the ground the passenger side is a little higher than driver side but not really enough?
ill try and get pics any help is appreciated

If I remember correctly, it's something to do with them being made for right hand drive. You have to adjust them, obviously.

yea thats what i was thinking since the passenger on usdm is driver on jdm so that explains why there is more on that side
but im having trouble adjusting them i just dont know how to turn the *****

well you use a phillips head screwdriver and there are two places where you stick them in from the top of the engine bay straight down to some cogs.
then you adjust them in front of a wall with your lights on, make sure its dark too.
and you have to remember usdm lights are made of all reflective material. the jdm black housing well...........are black which don't reflect light as much as all reflective material.

keep turning and on the wall you will PHYSICALLY see what is happening when you turn clockwise or counterclock wise
i mean this is something you could have figured out when you were doing it in like 3/10s of a second

dunno about u guys
but my lights are farked , i twist the screws for ages and jack **** happens , my right one is pointed so high i blind other drivers (im from AUS) so yeah ..
i dunno what else could be the prob .... any ideas .

^ has the car ever been in an accident? the cogs could be rusted and/or broken
you might try to find some other headlights and swap them in
i dunno which ones you have in Australia but the usdm adjustments are in different places than the jdm ones
