was thinkin about boring my TB on my own.. just wondering how hard it is, whats needed to do it, and what exactly to do..

 

you need a milling machine to do it...

 

My buddies and I use mill with a Lathe. It is an expensive thing to get unless you use it for a bussiness.

Honestly, unless you have the correct tools, it's not worth your time. Just get it done right.

 

Get all the info you can, if you can't get any, let a pro do it.

 

not sure of the tool name, but there is one the is drill opperated with three sprung arms with honing bars used for smoothing cylinder walls, i imange it could be altered to be more abrasive for what you're trying to do.
