Koni/GC snap ring?

I just got the Koni sleeve Ground Controls. Does the sleeve sit directly on the circlip? (the clip that can be moved to a few different positions) Or is there another ring on top of the circlip that the sleeve sits on. Thanks

The ground controls should have a grove in the bottem that captures the circlip directly, nothing else should be needed.
