Default Took off winter wheels, now alignment is off

Has this happened to anyone? When I had my new winters on, the car seemed to drive fine. Now that I put my summers on, the car wants to pull left.

Same thing happened to our AE86GTS, when we put the winters on it, the steering wheel suddenly went ****-eyed and pulled right.

Besides for the obvious (e.g. tire pressure), why would the car do this??

Thanks,
Eric

I experienced the same issue after changing mine, but it was mostly fixed by inflating my tires as you said... i still have a slight right pull though

It could be a number of things. Inflation is the most obvious. A tire defect could cause it. Maybe there is uneven wear on the summer tires. It's also possible that the alignment was off already, but you didn't feel it with the winter tires because you were using them in cold weather when there isn't as much grip (or in warmer weather when they don't have as much grip as the summer tires).

If the inflation is correct, and you don't notice anything on the tires, I would get an alignment and see if it's off.

Thanks, I think I'm going to get an alignment this afternoon anyways, just to see how much camber is off so I can adjust my camber kit.

Also, it's not the tire's fault, I had them Road-Forced, and they were fine.

Check the rotation of the tire. It might be on the wrong side.

Thanks guys, 94RS was correct...it was a radial tire pull problem:

However, I rotated the front tires side-side and the problem strangely went away for now...
