I have 4 gauge wire, but after removing the factory ground wire I'm not sure they're the same size. The factory one is slightly larger(caliper showed almost 8mm, while the 4 gauge wire is 6). The factory one is just a bunch of fairly large strands, but the 4 gauge I got has alot of fine strands and is wound in a spiral. Should I use this or find a larger gauge wire? I'm not sure if its going to be as good since its smaller, but it is a better made oxygen free wire. Thanks.

 

Its a 4 guage, maybe more sheilding.
But yeah they are 4
