okay heres my situation.....it was raing really bad and one street was all flooded i couldnt avoid it due to traffic..so my 94 civic was low to the ground the flood was really bad.... so i went through it and about 10 minutes later i turned on my defroster and found out that neither the back nor the front was working and also the ac and heater was out as well but everything else seemed to work fine....ANY ONE KNOW MY PROBLEM AND KNOW WHATS WRONG? I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START..IT HINK ITS THE FUSE BUT I MIGHT BE WRONG BEFORE I WENT TRHOUGH THE BIG PUDDLE IT WAS FINE..SO ON THE OTHER HANDS IT MIGHT NOT BE THE FUSE....help is much appreciated and i do need help too
