98-Up Integra Type R
(JDM) B18C 16 Valve DOHC VTEC
1797cc
PGM-FI MPFI 210 bhp @8100 8900 rpm 18.5Nm lbft @ 7500

I believe the 96 and 97 specs (JDM) were 200 bhp

Check here for reviews of the ITR from '97-'01.... More specifically you can find the specs on the motors...

All of my brochures for the JDM ITR state 200ps, for both the 96 Spec and 98 Spec. There was an increase in torque for the 98 Spec (though I cannot recall the exact number offhand). I can scan the brochures in when I get back to Japan.

Ok, Captain Obvious, what's your point?

They both have the same hp (JDM) 200hp but the 98spec has an extra 5nm of torque.

Japanese measures horsepower in metric hp (ps), so it is rated at 200ps.

The difference between ps and hp is miniscule(sp?)
So maybe 199hp

We're splitting hairs here. I'm sure the variance in motors makes up for whatever little difference their might have been. Throw in a few thousand miles and things change a little. Its' roughly 200 hp. And most dyno 160-175 stock.
