b16a in 5th gen civic....shift linkage?????!!!!!
just did this swap on a friends vechile...now the shifter feels funny. When i put it in 1st , 3rd, or 5th... the shift feels very long, but when i put it in 2nd,4th, and reverse the shift is very short and feels like it doesnt go complete in gear. Im thinking it has to be the shift linkage which im using the gsr shift linkage...do u guys know which one im supposed to use? any help is appreciated...thanks

Did you buy the swap from hmotorsonline? I got shitty linkage and am having the same problem with the gear changes. You need Integra 94-01 linkage, from any model...good luck!

I have a 96 HX and I am haveing the same problem. I bought the linkange from a 00 Si. But when I put it in gear the shifter is all over the place. There is so much slop in the shifter it's not even funny. I am thinking to myself when I am driving is it even in gear. With so much play? If anyone has any clues. Please let me know.
