Im in the process of ripping out my old carpet to make way for a brand new one but I just wanted to know, the fronts seatbelts, on the bottom where it bolts to the floor, how can i get it off cause unlike the where the seatbelt clips in, that one u just slide a little cover up and its a 17mm bolt, but this one has nothing to slide up so what do I do?
