I used to work at the dealership, and the cheapo guy that would paint in the parking lot to fix our used car bumpers that were scratched up would charge us $100, which was wholesale because he would do 10 at a time.
I'd say expect to pay in the $150-300 range for a decent paint job, $300-500 for an excellent paint job on your bumper.
