ecu for ls with bolt ons

so i've figured out what parts to get for a reliable, daily driven ls with all the possible bolt-ons. any suggestions on which ecu to run or ecu upgrades?

Hondata, Neptune, etc - use whatever the tuner is comfortable with

I've got neptune, no complaints at all.

where do i go about getting neptune?
