LS Auto swap into a EF??
Anyone ever put a Integra LS auto tranny in a EF? I am wanting to do this swap but just need an idea if the tranny is goin to fit. I have all the integra mounts and what not. Its goin to go in a 88 Dx Sedan.

To do so you'll need a B motor to match you know this correct?
My brother and I are working on an auto b16 swap made to hold some power and be sporty.
we still are doing alot of research on it and to fit it all in a little 4th gen will be quite a job.
My brother and myself have yet to see any EFs B swaped with an auto so info is scare on this topic.

Fitment is going to be a problem. The tip of a a manual B-series transmission actually hangs somewhat under the passsenger side frame rail. But automatic transmissions are more cylindrical in shape, compared to the more conical manual transmission. So there could very well not be room for the transmission without MAJOR modification of the passenger side frame rail. Another problem, of course, is going to be the mount. Simply put, a Hasport mount is just not going to work. Something custom will be in order here, whether it be fabricating a bracket or welding a new mount to the frame rail. You just need to ask yourself this: how much do you hate manual transmissions? Because you either have to hate them ALOT or like automatics ALOT to even think about trying to swap in a B-series automatic. My advice is to steer clear. But you will do what you decide to do.
I have the best fabrication guys around doing the swap. I just want to know if anyone has actually tried this and if it will fit without major modification to the frame rail.
This is a daily driver so it will stay auto, I have a 98 ITR that suits my speed needs.

finding a machine shop to drill the appropriate holes in the transmission housing and mat it straight to the f block. So I don’t have to mess with axles and suspension. Well see how it goes maybe just use an f23 auto
as storming matt already said in 2006 its a fitment issue
a bseries auto transmission is physically too big to fit in that chassis
major frame rail modification needs to happen and even if you get that done then a custom bracket and mount are needed

We had to beat in the passenger side frame in photo not included sadly
