Suspension set up?
What's up guys! I'm new here and have a few questions. I got a friend in Puerto Rico that has been trying hard to get in the 10's but won't happen due to traction(poor 60's). He want to know what would be a good shock/coilover combo for his 91 crx. It's currently sitting on stock suspension. What would be better for his car, shocks/coilovers or traction bars? This car is daily driven too so he wants to keep it street driveable.

Alot of companies offer a drag suspension set-up for the crx, do an hour worth of searching and you will find so much. It's all about the spring rating and recoil at the start, if your have traction issues, than add a wheelie bar. FWD cars want all of the weight transfered forward at lauch. Traction bars, and wheelie bars will defentialy help.

Traction bar would probably help more with your 60' than suspension but... depending on how you set it up, it works both ways. I personally would get a full race bar and ground control coil overs with some ERS eibach springs. Many people recommend them as well as I because this is what is currently on my car (suspension wise not traction bar).
