b16's fit without modifications and will get you high 10's to mid 11's comression depending on jdm or usdm b16 pistons

crap, id like the compression to be approximatly 10:1. any suggestions? i dont want to have to modify the rods. well i guess ill be using arp bolts, so i might as well get them to shave them down once its at the machine shop. what does it cost to drill out the rod to arp threads?

P61 b17a pistons will get you where you want the cr to be. I have a set of use ones but I won't know there condition for a few days. No rod mods necessary for P61's. On my PR4 rods I just tapped in the bolts myself easy. You will need to have the rods re-sized $10 each. Dan
