b18c1 HEAD!!!
i have CTR cams in my 99 GSR, i want more out of my head sould i jsut PnP my head and get bigger cams
or
sould i get an TYPE R head and put it in???
wich would be more HP?

keep your gsr head.
use a different intake manifold. and bore your throttle body
upgrade the valvetrain and get bigger cams.
with this set up you will get more power than the type r head and will probably cost you less.
