97 d16y8 intake manifold Questions (sensors)
Hey im just installing my performer X manifold and i have some questions about coolant routing....
Could someone just list where the lines from the
FITV go?
IACV go?
PURGE ? (the top sensor?)

iacv has an in out, from what i have learned, it doesn't matter, but one line comes off the bottom of your throttle body, and the return form the iacv goes into your pipe from the water pump to your thermostat. the other valve i don't really know, cuz i don't even know what that does. But from looking at my y7, daily driver, and my y8 thats in my boosted 92, i believe there are lines running up by your intake manifold that it goes to. Sorry, don't know much bout that one. Oh, and there should be a line that comes from your intake mani, lower left corner looking at the car from the front, and that goes into your throttle body, for your iacv. Hope that helps some
Water Hose connections:

The Air Assist Valve [2nd pic #24, 3rd pic #21] (what I'm assuming you're referring to by FITV) sits in the thermostat housing. So those aren't coolant lines coming out of it - those are vac lines. One goes to the intake pipe and one to the intake manifold.
I'm not familiar with the Performer-X, but does it have a spot to mount your stock IACV and stock throttle body? If yes, then is there a reason the stock routing of the coolant lines can't still be used?
Purge Solenoid connection:

As for the purge, just connect its output to the intake manifold so it can purge into it.

its simple. Run the right side(while looking at the motor) of the Iacv to the nipple on the water pump hose(hard metal one) and the left hose goes to the fitv(fast idle thermal valve) under the throttle body, the back nipple. The other end of the fitv(front of throttle body) runs to the nipple on the Im(Intake manifold) to the left. (small one off of the coolant hose that goes to the head). I disabled my fitv to keep the throttle body a little cooler
