I have the JDM 4-1. The ground clearance has never been an issue for me man. Its pretty good. And it makes ok power...

I had a carsound cat on mine until I got a SMSP testpipe made. But carsound will work fine.

Good header, no real issues with ground clearance. My N1 catback scrapes before my header even does. You'll be fine as long as you don't commute on driveways like / \ that.

For the money, the DC JDM 4-1 makes a very decent amount of power. For the money.

You won't have any problem.

The DC is based on the OEM JDM 4-1. If you're very worried about ground clearance, you can buy the OEM version with heat shields. But you won't have a problem unless your car is already scraping the pavement.

It's been good to me so far. I scraped it once on a speedbump pretty bad. It was one of those tall-*** ones, though. For the price, it's not bad at all. I wish it looked a little prettier though. Oh well, some black header wrap will do, lol....

is the stainless version noisy? by noisy I mean, is the metal thick for the tubing? are there any resonances noises from the header?

thanks

lol, i should've been more clear.. by resonances I mean, is it buzzy? normally through thin walled headers the exhaust gas pulses creates a buzzy noise which really annoy me. I was wondering the DC JDM 4-1 uses thin metal on their SS headers.

You will hear your engine more with an SS header compared to the stock cast iron. Mostly valves opening and closing, nothing major. If you have Ti retainers then they will click too. I kinda like it actually. My buddies 2.0L sounds like a ******' diesel sometimes
