Default baking jdm one-piece headlights

i have just opened up my headlights because of leakage and i was wondering what people would use to reseal the headlights back together. and for all of whom that have the one-pieces for the da's, should i take out the foglight reflective cover and the yellow condom that is behind the cover. will post pics of progress later on tonight and i was wondering if i could use hondabond to seal it, has anyone ever used hondabond??? i also have this bottle of versachem super clear silicone gasket maker, will this work??

I use Silicon from the 99 cent store and those work awesome!
might need to buy 2 of them. they're pretty small but they work!

whats the yellow condom for because the one on the headlight has heat residue from years of use, it looks like someone burnt the hell of one side of it, i heard people were taking bothe the reflector and the condom off, is there a reason why the condom is there like protect the headlight from heat..

i thought it was just to make it yellow... if u take the reflector off when the lights are off..u can see a good amount of yellow if the condom is in there
